In response to "1998 Needs Assessment," Bay County is seeking funding assistance for the creation of a Community health Task Force Coordinator. Teh postion would be responsible for coordinating the efforts of Bay, Gulf and Franklin counties to address the priority issues identified by the needs assessment.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Reduction of medicaid expenditures through identification and elimination of risk factors.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Better health care education and services should lead to reduced health care expenditures.
