Project Description:
Obtain professional structural and mechanical services to perform an inventory and analysis and recommended action plan regarding the renovation of the building to meet current codes: structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, A.D.A., O.S.H.A., etc. Project would also include physical improvements as funding allows.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
The analysis and plan will provide an opinion on the advisability for corrective actions, rehabilitation and actual improvements to the building.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
The analysis and plan will provide preliminary sketches and a master plan for improvements to the Courthouse.
