Project Description:
Construction of 9000 square foot community recreation center. Proposed facility to include assembly/indoor activity area. youth game room, classroom space, restrooms and kitchen area. Facility will provide after school programs, youth athletic programs, senior and adult education programs and satellite government center.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Youth and family programs for medium to low income families will improve health, education, recreation and government assistance program availability to underserved area.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Improved access to government services, health programs and social services to underserved area of Leon County.
