To complete HVAC installation on 2nd and 3rd floors. Upgrading the electrical system and lighting and the collection displays. |

Annually 3,600 tours of the former home of John D. Rockefeller, Sr. are conducted by the Casements Guild (volunteer lecturers). This structure is on the National REgister of HIstorical Sites. The third floor houses the largest Boy Scout Museum in teh southeastern U.S. as well as a Hungarian eexhibit. This would provide comfort to tour participants since this area experiences high temperatures during the spring and summer. |
