To renovate the 2nd and 3rd floors consisting of repairing floors, walls, window treatments, and the ceiling; electrical upgrades, extended HVAC capacity, and furnishings and some external renovation including painting and gutter installation. |

The Ormond BEach Historical Trust operates a Welcome Center at this site. Completing the renovation will provide space for community groups and programs. It will add to the echo-tourism of the City, County, and State. This site houses the City's tennis administration center and has for over 20 years. |
