Voluntary/free community-based program to assist displaced homemakers to achieve self-sufficiency, emotional strength and economic stability through counseling, education, employment and entrepreneurship.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Preventive program to stave off public dependency for women and families, contribute to tax base and community stability.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
350 directly served clients. Several thousand instanced of information and referral.
