Project Description:
Construction of a one story facility with adequate number of exam rooms, TB air exchange room, secured client records space, confidential space to better serve clients, environmenal space and public health space. The land for the site has been donated and the State has previously allocated funds for site development work.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
New facility will increase and improve the space required to effectively and efficiently serve clients imporving the health and welfare of both clients and staff. Upon completion of facility space will be available to secure client records in compliance with state security requirements.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Clients in this rural community will be better served with a facility to meet their health care and environmental needs. Staff will be able to effectively and efficiently serve clients improving the health and welfare of both clients and staff.
