This expansion will not only benefit Sarasota County, but surrounding communities. It will enable more and larger agricultural events by the Cooperative Extension Service, Farm Bureau, Cattleman's Association, 4-H and FFA youth activities. It will also provide for varied community necessities by providing adequate space for school graduations, concerts, sporting events, charity functions large group meetings and staging area for natural disasters and evacuation facilities. |
