This project will transform a 120 acre area in the heart of Coral Springs into a vibrant entertainment, retail, and professional office complex. Through several private sector partnerships, Coral Springs' Town Center will provide Broward County residents enhanced retail and professional office uses during the day and enhanced dinning, entertainment, and storefront browsing during the evening. The project will result in a significant economic development expansion for both Coral Springs and Broward County. The project is broken into numerous phases, of which the first two address streetscape improvements, such as brick paver walkways, landscaping, street lighting and transporatation improvements. |
