Project Description:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This Special Category Grant would provide $90,000 to the Florida Agricultural Museum.  This grant would allow the Museum to move the old Clark Home from Volusia County and the old Traxwell Home from Alachua County.  Once on the site, the Museum will take the necessary steps to integrate these homes into their overall exhibit.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Services Provided/Benefit to State:

 

 

 

 

 

The Florida Agricultural Museum, designated by s. 570, F.S., will be Florida's home for agricultural education and research opportunities.  It will become a place for Floridians and tourists to visit and learn about the history of Agriculture in Florida and the critical role of agriculture in our economy.
