Family Emergency Treatment Center is an emergency walk-in clinic for behavioral health. The center is open every day, with immediate treatment available. This timely intervention and assessment will facilitate the proper level of care early so that more costly care can be prevented. |

Services Provided/Benefit to State: |

||||
Currently, consumers are referred to the more costly levels of care, crisis stablization, emergency room or even jail. Referrals to outpatient can take 3 days to several months. The consumer oftens deteriorates prior to obtaining an appointment. This center will provide immediate assessment and medication, at a lower cost. |
