Project Description:
The application is a Best Management Practices (BMP) for retrofit of an already existing roadway drainage system. The fiberglass, self-contained CDS units will serve as a prototype stormwater demonstration project.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
The project will serve to improve surface waters of the State surrounding an Area of Critical State Concern, defined as Outstanding Florida Waters, and included within the boundaries of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Measurable improvements in roadway pollutants and suspended materials.
