Project targets at-risk youth, ages 10-17 to reduce criminal conduct by youth. The YDP also intervenes with youth alrady involved in such conduct.

The project, operated in one of the state's highest crime areas, serves as a model of collaborative action to combat juvenile criminal conduct at the local level.
