Repair of a 4-story building to provide public safety, reduce utility costs, eliminate work disruption due to rain seepage and non-functional elevator. Repair and/or replacement of windows, air handlers and chillers, elevator, upgrade air pressure control retrofit and cooling system tower and repair weathered eroded sandstone steps. |

The courthouse facility houses both circuit and civil courts and all Judges. The facility has over 160,000 visitors per year for court attendance. The repair of this facility will allow continued use of this historical building and provide safety to its visitors. |
