Mount Sinai proposes to develop and implement a curricula to train medical students, residents and staff in end-of-life issues.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Services Provided/Benefit to State:

 

 

 

 

 

The program would entail undertaking a self-assessment, developing curricula, training residents, evaluating performance and an educational program.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

 

 

 

 

 

Team of clinicians will assist patients and families with the difficult decisions associated with end of life.
