Project Description:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To offer Development Training to 45 adults with development disabilities, and to offer Supported Employment Services to 35 adults with  developmental disabilities having multiple barriers, and raging in the moderate to low income levels.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Services Provided/Benefit to State:

 

 

 

 

 

Survival Skills Training, Employment Skills, Functional Academics, Community Mobility, Money Management, Work maturity, job placement, case management.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Measurable Outcome Anticipated:

 

 

 

 

 

To enhance Survival Employment Skills, so participants may achieve independence and competitive employment.
