Request for construction funds for a CMS facility in Tallahassee. Current facility is scheduled to be destroyed due to major road expansion project to begin Winter 2000.

Current facility is scheduled to be destroyed. Funding is necessary to constructing a new facility to provide for the clinical health care needs of CMS clients.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
New facility will serve these CMS clients. Last year the current facility served 2,169 non-duplicated clients.
