Make optimal use of state-owned property that has previously been unused by using public and private financial participation to develop an activity-based park. Also expands State and local efforts to provide recreational opportunities in urban areas by providing facilites which meet the needs of age groups from juniors to seniors. Facilites to be provieded are Babe Ruth, Little League and American League baseball fields. Plans also include adult softball fields as well as football/soccer fields. |
