This project is a wastewater improvement program for the construction of collection, treatment and disposal facilties to service the Lacoochee-Trilacoochee-Trilby areas of NE Pasco County. |

|
No central wastewater collection and treatment facilities are available within these communities save for a plant that is solely used by the Public Housing Authority. These funds would allow the extension of wastewater collection facilities to residential and commercial areas adjacent to the Withlacoochee State Recreation Trail. |
