Project Description:
Greenwood Community Health Resource Center serves as a medical diagnosis and treatment facility the low-income and underserved population of the Greenwood area of Clearwater in Pinellas County.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Promotion of a healthy community by providing information on healthy lifestyles, nutrition, and disease prevention, diagnosis of various medical conditions, and treatment of said conditions, as well as referrals to other medical personnel for more complicated medical conditions.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Ability to reach more underserved and low-income residents by providing critical health-maintenance and medical services in the targeted area.
