To construct a facility to provide training/educational programs in, but not limited to, fishing culture, cage culture, aquatic plant culture, financial management. These services & activities are to be provided for general youth audiences & low income families. Nutrition education, food preparation for low income & general audiences and environmental issues pertinent to the area. |
