Project Description:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Home grown strategy to demonstrate commercial scale production systems integrated with other crops and water management to grow saltwater shrimp in freshwater.  Cooperative approach: UF-IRREC, USDA, HBOI, County & private growers, ranchers, engineers, aquaculturists.  Guided by private sector committee.  In-kind private match of cash & services.
