Replacement of motor vehicle ( LBR Issue Code 2401500). This vehicle is used by investigative team at the Public Defenders office. This agency has always received funding from general revenue for this issue. Unfortunately, funds are not available from trust account to purchase replacement vehicles. |

The Public Defender's office is seeking replacement of a 1996 Oldsmobile, this automobile has 108,000 miles. Replacement of this vehicle would be cost effective for the state due to anticipated cost of repair work that would be necessary to keep this car in a safe working condition. |
