Melvin Anglin Square is the cornerstone project for the complete redevelopment of the Town of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.  The Melvin Anglin Square project is poised for a major beautification and revitalization effort.  The project was designed to meld the charm and ambiance of a small, environmentally sensitive beach resort community into the highly urbanized tourist destination of Greater Fort Lauderdale and Broward County

The Melvin Anglin Square project will serve as a critical first step and catalyst for the redevelopment and beautification of the entire Town of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.

As part of the Town's new redevelopment plan, this capital improvement project will help to stimulate revitalization, beautification, and redevelopment of the entire Town of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.
