Acquisition of 150 acres on Well Line Road to be used as a regional athletic & governmental center.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Regional facility will not only provide areas for development of local recreation and governmental services, but will be used as a satellite governmental center for local and state government services.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Facility would serve approximately 1/3 of the Escambia County population (100,000) with governmental services for recreation, law enforcement, tax collector, property appraiser, state health services and other possible services.
