Project Description:
Purchase building and perform renovations for organization providing services to individuals with disabilities.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
This funding will allow services to be provided to 28 individuals with mental and physical disabilities. These individuals will be prepared for living independently.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
In addition to providing training to 28 individuals with disabiltieis, these funds will provide assisted living in a group home setting for 3 people.
