Project Description:
Provide Florida's public school teachers with a 10 percent salary increase to make teacher salaries comparable to the national average.

Our children deserves to have equality, motivated,well-trained, and well-paid teachers in every Florida classroom.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
With this funding school districts will be able to provide adequate incentives to recruit, retain and reward good teachers.
