Project Description:
Renovation of the restroom in the Lafayette County Courthouse to ADA standards as well as add wheelchair ramps to the courthouse.This courthouse also has security problems which need to be addressed. Also they intend to add a second floor to part of the present facility to allow room for judges' offices & hearing rooms.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Easier access to courthouse for citizens who have disabilities. Better facilities for the court system and to the citizens of the state.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
More modern facility, better court facility, and more accessible for all citizens.
