The installation of sanitary sewers, which would flow into the Miami-Dade County Water and Sewer Authority's central processing plant, to stop the infiltration of septic tank effluent into the groundwater table and surface waters and provide for the proper treatment of the wastewater before it reenters the natural environment. |
