|
A joint effort between the Town of Lantana and A.G. Holley Hospital to enhance the perimeter and entrances of the A. G. Holley Hospital, including the Dept. of Motor Vehicle Offices and the Dept. of Transportation site. The project includes installation of landscaping, entrance improvements, replacement of fencing, and exotic plant removal. The Town will supply water for irrigation. |

The A.G. Holley Hospital campus houses operations for four state agencies and numerous other programs which provide services to residents on a statewide and regional basis. |

The campus is approximately 8% of the total landmass of the Town; however, local codes do not apply to state owned land. Improving the property will aid the Town in achieving the regional and Department of Community Affairs' goals of "Eastward Ho" and coastal redevelopment. Additional, the many citizens coming to the site and the state employees working there will benefit from the improved conditions. |
