Expansion, renovations of a rural community hospital
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
To provide immediate rural healthcare and improve access for a growing underserved population. In the areas of emergency and diagnostic services currently limited due to space limitations and geographical constraints.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Service of approximately 25,000 cases for 2001. In 1979 served 3,641 cases and in 1998 served 18,454 cases.
