A pilot Aquaculture project in an inner city for the purpose of raising tilapia (fish) aquatic ornamental and plants that are to be sold as part of a small business.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
The pilot project will provide a research and traiing site for future acquaculture projects throughout the State.

Development of small business opportunities and creation of jobs required to establish and operate business.
