Operational expenses of Pavilion and Educational Buildings would be for City and County permitting, redesign, and engineering. |

Will allow visitors to the fairgrounds to attend events at a newly renovated building that will meet current state and federal safety codes. Buildings will be used year around and when needed, in cunjucntion with the proposed Highlands County Fair Expo & Community Center. |
