PAEC is requesting funding for the establishment of a professional staff development academy which would use the best technology and instructors to create better educational opportunities for small and rural school districts throughout the state. |

Services Provided/Benefit to State: |

||||
|
Funds will be used to enable the existing PAEC Instructional Television System to link instructional broadcasting with presently unreached schools statewide. This distance learning appropriation will be used to help meet the increased training and instructional needs of educators in small and rural schools. |
