Nursing services, social services, nutritious meals, protective environment/Offering these services means that these individuals can continue to live at home and are not burdens on the state.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Increase in congnitive abilities, preventative, therapies, supervision, stimulation, maintenance. Increase time they can remain at home,and increase time they remain off of programs state must pay for.
