The goal of Prime Time Seniors is to foster a greater understanding and appreciation of our community's elderly multicultural population by bringing together seniors for special events and community celebrations. |

Services Provided/Benefit to State: |

|
Funding will enable Prime Time Seniors to plan and present various multicultural activities involving between 40 - 100 participants at any one time. The program is designed to encourage seniors to take a leadership role in self-government, program planning and evaluation of this essential service. Activities will include lecture series, outings, picnics, holiday celebrations and various community social functions. |

The services provided by Prime Time Seniors will comply with Miami-Dade County's initiative to further the welfare of its very large and ever-growing senior population.
