Seventeen school districts group together to obtain greater efficiency in meeting training and certification requirements.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Provides certification avenue for aspiring school administrators and continuing development opportunities for current principals.

Attainment of Level II Certification/Improvement in student performance.
