Project Description:
Renovation and upgrades of a two-story, 45 bed, 25,650 sq. ft. residential treatment facility for substance dependent women and their children to meet local, state and national codes, NFPA, ADA and JCAHO accreditation requirements to improve and expand the environment and level of care.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Provide residential substance abuse treatment to women, their children and high-risk child bearing women while maintaining a high quality of sbustance abuse and health care services at an affordable cost.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Decrease in the number of newborns exposed to illegal substances and increase the women who are drug-free and able to return to a stable family environment independent of public assistance.
