Project Description:
PROVIDE FLORIDA'S PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS WITH A 10 PERCENT SALARY INCREASE TO MAKE TEACHER SALARIES COMPARABLE TO THE NATIONAL AVERAGE.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
OUR CHILDREN DESERVE TO HAVE QUALITY, MOTIVATED, WELL-TRAINED, AND WELL-PAID TEACHERS IN EVERY FLORIDA CLASSROOM.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
WITH THIS FUNDING, SHCOOL DISTRICTS WILL BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE INCENTIVES TO RECRUIT, RETAIN, AND REWARD GOOD TEACHERS.
