Teach deaf children including those with cochlear implants to listen and talk so they can attend public schools with hearing children. |

Services Provided/Benefit to State: |

Parent/Infant/Toddler, Pre-School, Kindergarten and auditory/speech/language therapy. Thes programs will save the state long-term special education costs and enable deaf children to become independent adults. |
