Construction of an outdoor Nature's Classroom facility within the beautiful wetlands of the 29 acre University Area Community Park. This facility will serve as an interactive classroom, harmonious with the enviroment, to provide the inner-city children and families of densely populated, high crime communities an opportunity to come in close contact with, and learn about: wildlife, nature, and the ecosystem. |

This project will provide an outdoor facility for recreational and educational programming. It will help to deter juvenile crime, strengthen families, and cultivate greater public appreciation for Florida's natural enviroment. |

This park is in the heart of one Florida's most densely populated, blighted communities. Outcomes can easily be measured by reductions in juvenile crime, crimes against wildlife and nature, and by measuring the increase in the number of family units participating in it's activities. |
