Provide mentally ill homeless and non-violent offenders referred by the Mental Health Court with a variety of mental health related, residential services and housing. Plus, follow up services and housing or links to alternative housing after treatment. |

Increase time in community for population served, target is 27 days/month. Decrease rate of arrests to less than 10% of population per month. Achieve a substance-free lifestyle for up to 75% of the population. Achieve an 80% increase level of functioning in the community by members of the population (from discharge over discharge). Achieve 85% level of staisfaction with services received by the persons served. |
