Project Description:
Establish a Center for Real Estate Development to be located in St. Lucie County. The Center's activities will focus on research and education for the development community across the state.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
The Center will benefit the state by serving as an educational resource for developers, brokers, and local governments in regards to development issues and trends.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
The Center will produce scholarly reports, including data collection and trend analysis, and will regularly make this information available to the development community via symposia and newsletters.
