A joint project between the Duval County Public Schools, Florida Community College at Jacksonville, and the City of Jacksonville to utilize a portion of a closed U.S. Naval Base (Cecil Naval Aviation Station) for a program to train students on the skills necessary for various aviation occupations including aviation, medicine, and power plant technicians. |
