Provide referral services for educational, economic and social opportunities to Haitian-American populace in their efforts to become economically productive members of the community. |

Provide training classes and basic skills to include Basic English, Computer familiarization, Windows, Word, Excel, Certified Nursing Assistant, GED classes, Cultural Sensitivity and Civic Responsibility. Solar Resources will provide location and support materials to participants. |
