Model Prosecution Unit for the State with enhanced prosecution for both urban population and migrant rural population for the enhanced safety of our community.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Funds on call Spanish Speaking Prosecutors (5), Investigators (2) and Advocat (1) who specializes in Domestic Violence Prosecution and related services.
Measurable Outcome Anticipated:
Conviction rates, victim cooperation rates, success rate (diversion completion).
