Project Description: |

Development of a family neighborhood center as a prevention model, focusing on health prevention, child abuse prevention and promoting safe and stable families program which is client-centered family focused and community based. Services to be provided will be family support services; parenting education; mental health services including outpatient medical (individual, group and family); health prevention (health screening, education, nutrition counseling, teenage pregnancy prevetion, HIV/AIDS prevention, diabetes and hypertension education); pre-placement prevention services to help children at risk of foster care placement remain safely with their families. |
