Project Description:
This project will train and assist community development corporations (CDCs) in enhancing its economic development capacity by transitioning the organizational management style from a social service model to a business model.
Services Provided/Benefit to State:
Enhance the economic development capacity building capability of CDCs and other community-based organizations within the state of Florida.
