The Tampa Empowerment One Stop Capital Center will offer a wide array of services as a "one stop shop" concept designed to help underserved and minority small business owners and residents build upon their economic futures and improve their lives. |

Services to be offered in one convenient location include job training and placement, counseling, small business development and assistance to citizens residing within the City of Tampa's federal Empowerment Zone. |
