Build out firsl floor of building that will house State-funded and State -mandated services under F.S. 394.

State-licensed substance abuse Hotline, State-licensed Baker Act transport, Sexual Abuse Counseling Services for Abused Children, Financil and economis assistance for low income families, Forensic Medical rape Exams.
